Training sessions have been designed to assist faculty, graduate coordinators, and students with the process, procedures, and issues involved in the Electronic Thesis & Dissertation (ETD) Project. This page provides information on the content of the sessions.
ETD Training Session: Content
- Introduction
- An overview of the list of preferred, acceptable, and proprietary digital formats. Discussion of conversion and migration issues with digital formats, and characteristics of each category (green/yellow/red)
- Overview of formatting tips, ETD creation, with a demonstration of converting a Word document to Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF).
